Why is birthday required?

Recognizing Staff members, friends and other parents birthday’s can makes someone’s day a little brighter! There may also be an age requirement for classes or events. If you are uncomfortable providing this information you can simply select the option to hide it from the directory so only you can see it.

Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form, payment of applicable fees.

Payment Policy

The registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. Monthly tuition payments are due on the first day of each month; statements will not be issued. A late fee of $25 will be applied to any account with an outstanding balance after the 5th of the month. If tuition remains unpaid by the end of the month in which it is due, the student’s enrollment may be discontinued. Re-enrollment will only be considered based on available space. Refunds will be offered when appropriate. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Families agree to provide accurate information regarding their child’s age, grade level, learning needs, and emergency contacts.

Behavior & Conduct

Students and families agree to respect staff, instructors, other students, and property at all times. Bullying, disruptive behavior, or repeated disrespect may result in dismissal from the program. Parents are responsible for discussing program rules with their children before attendance.

Health & Safety

Sick children (fever, vomiting, contagious illnesses) should remain home for the health and safety of others. In case of emergency, the program has permission to seek appropriate medical care if parents/guardians cannot be reached.

Liability Waiver

Parents/guardians understand that participation involves certain risks and agree not to hold the program, staff, or volunteers liable for accidents or injuries occurring during normal program activities. Families agree to assume responsibility for any serious damage caused by their child to property or facilities.

Media Release

The faces of all children will be blocked when used in program materials, social media, or marketing. A separate media release form will be offered for those preferring not to be included in photos at all.

*Growing Tree Resource Center reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or curriculum as needed.
